Magnalium
The name given to a group of aluminium-magnesium alloys containing from 2% to 10% of magnesium. it is lighter than aluminium, and has mechanical properties similar to brass. The alloy is less corrodible than pure aluminium and it can readily be turned. It has a greater tensile strength than aluminium.
