Platinum Bronze
Name given to a group of alloys containing form .5% to 10% of platinum. They polish well and retain their lustre for a long time, whilst they are relatively inexpensive. A typical platinum-bronze composition is: platinum .9%, nickel 90%, and tin 9%.
