It is our philosophy at Southern Cross Metal Recycler to ensure that land fill sites around the state and country are not the recipient of any materials that could otherwise be recycled. It has been our aim to ensure that waste management companies are given the necessary information, education, resources and infrastructure to ensure that only non recycled materials are deemed suitable for land fill sites. This ensures that the waste management companies assets being their tipping sites are not needlessly filled with recyclable products. Our strategy in this area saves both land fill sites and also reduces the demands on the mining resource sector for raw materials as our industry recycles the maximum amount of both ferrous and non ferrous materials. Our aim is to provide cost effective solutions to conventional landfill strategies.
