Payment is usually made via EFT (electronic funds transfer) within a few business days after collection�no cash payments are provided as per Victorian law

We can collect a wide variety of metals and metallic items including whitegoods (fridges, washing machines), cars and car parts, manufacturing scrap, factory waste, copper, aluminium, steel, and more. For specific or unusual items, contact us first to confirm eligibility
A service fee applies for small pickups from all suburbs, set at $50 + GST per whitegood unit, capped at a maximum of $150 + GST. Larger commercial or industrial pickups may qualify for free service�please enquire for details
We provide pickup services throughout most of metropolitan Melbourne, including Inner Melbourne, Western, Northern, Bayside, South Eastern, and Eastern suburbs. Please note we cannot pick up from the CBD or apartment buildings unless there�s a suitably sized loading bay
Due to the size of our vehicles, we don't pick up scrap metal from apartment buildings. If there is a decent sized loading bay, sometimes we can, but please get in touch with our team to discuss your needs.
Due to the narrow streets and limited parking around the Melbourne CBD, we don�t generally service this area. Customers are encouraged to use our secure 24-hour drop-off facility in Laverton North.
